Le document politique demande \u00e9galement que la polyandrie soit l\u00e9galement reconnue comme une forme de mariage.<\/h3>\n<h3>Le livre vert propose trois nouveaux r\u00e9gimes de mariage pour instaurer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans les lois sur le mariage. L\u2019une de ces options est un r\u00e9gime de mariage non sexiste.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0Cela permettrait de prendre en compte \u00e0 la fois la polygynie et la polyandrie\u2026Par cons\u00e9quent, tous les mariages, qu\u2019ils soient monogames ou polygames, pourraient \u00eatre conclus ind\u00e9pendamment du sexe ou de l\u2019orientation sexuelle de la personne\u00a0\u00bb, peut-on lire dans le document.<\/h3>\n<h3>Le minist\u00e8re semble favoriser l\u2019option d\u2019un r\u00e9gime de mariage non sexiste qui autorise \u00e0 la fois la polyandrie et la polygynie. Le minist\u00e8re a \u00e9crit ;<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019app\u00e9tit politique du pays pour affronter les d\u00e9fis de l\u2019actuel statut du mariage sera test\u00e9 \u00e0 travers ces options. Cependant, si la section 9 de la Constitution devait \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, l\u2019option 3 cocherait toutes les cases.\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le minist\u00e8re a toutefois not\u00e9 que l\u2019option de la polyandrie a h\u00e9riss\u00e9 des plumes et que les chefs traditionnels d\u2019Afrique du Sud se sont vivement oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 la proposition, affirmant qu\u2019une femme mari\u00e9e \u00e0 plus d\u2019un mari est une \u00ab pratique inacceptable car elle n\u2019est pas d\u2019origine africaine. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0Ironiquement, les parties prenantes qui croient en la pratique de la polygamie \u2026 \u00e9taient oppos\u00e9es \u00e0 la pratique de la polyandrie. C\u2019est le d\u00e9but d\u2019un discours public crucial qui va red\u00e9finir le concept de mariage en Afrique du Sud. Le processus mettra \u00e0 jour des questions qui peuvent mettre certains d\u2019entre nous mal \u00e0 l\u2019aise, mais qui encourageront le dialogue au sein des communaut\u00e9s sud-africaine et internationale\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit le livre.<\/h3>\n<h3>Les Sud-Africains ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin du mois de juin pour commenter les propositions du
