Les recherches ont montr\u00e9 que la\u00a0<strong>consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de ce condiment\u00a0<\/strong>r\u00e9duirait le risque de d\u00e9c\u00e8s par\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxisciences.com\/coeur\/d-apres-une-etude-les-risques-de-crise-cardiaque-sont-plus-eleves-a-noel_art42300.html\"><strong>crise cardiaque<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0ou par\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxisciences.com\/accident-vasculaire-cerebral\/avc-symptomes-traitement-risques-prevention-comment-reagir_art33742.html\"><strong>accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral<\/strong><\/a>(AVC).<\/p>\n<h2><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2869\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ndiaffatactu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/telechargement-4.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Un effet protecteur<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion de Molise, dans le sud de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxisciences.com\/italie\/italie-la-tour-de-pise-penche-moins-qu-avant_art42162.html\">Italie<\/a>, o\u00f9 le piment est un\u00a0<strong>ingr\u00e9dient commun<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 en t\u00e9moignent notamment les penne all&rsquo;arrabbiata. Le risque de d\u00e9c\u00e8s de pr\u00e8s de 23.000 participants, certains d\u00e9gustant le petit l\u00e9gume rouge \u00e9pic\u00e9, d&rsquo;autres non, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9. Au total,\u00a0<strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et les habitudes alimentaires<\/strong>\u00a0des personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 scrut\u00e9s pendant en moyenne huit ans.<\/p>\n<p>ll a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que les volontaires qui mangeaient des piments au moins quatre fois par semaine avait risque de mortalit\u00e9, toutes causes confondues,\u00a0<strong>23 % inf\u00e9rieur<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 ceux qui n\u2019en consommaient pas. Le risque de mort par crise cardiaque \u00e9tait quant \u00e0 lui\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9duit de 40 %<\/strong>. Celui de mort par AVC,\u00a0<strong>diminu\u00e9 plus que de moiti\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2871\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ndiaffatactu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/images-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" \/><\/div>\n<p><em>\u201cUn fait int\u00e9ressant est que la protection contre le risque de mortalit\u00e9 \u00e9tait\u00a0<\/em><em><strong>ind\u00e9pendante du type de r\u00e9gime suivi<\/strong><\/em><strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0pr\u00e9cise dans un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medicalxpress.com\/news\/2019-12-consumption-chili-pepper-death-heart.html\">communiqu\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0Marialaura Bonaccio, auteure principale de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude et \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiste \u00e0 l&rsquo;Institut de neurobiologie de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e (INMED).\u00a0<em>En d&rsquo;autres termes, quelqu&rsquo;un peut suivre un\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxisciences.com\/alimentation\/le-regime-mediterraneen-bon-aussi-pour-le-cerveau_art904.html\"><em>r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en sain<\/em><\/a><em>, quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre peut manger moins sainement, mais pour tous, le piment a un effet protecteur.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Transmis au fil des si\u00e8cles<\/h2>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s Licia Iacoviello, directrice du d\u00e9partement d&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9miologie et de pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019INMED et professeur \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Insubrie (Italie), les avantages du piment ont \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0<strong>transmis instinctivement par la culture alimentaire italienne<\/strong>.<em>\u201cLe piment est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental [&#8230;]<\/em>, explique-t-elle.<em>\u00a0Nous le voyons suspendu \u00e0 des balcons italiens, et m\u00eame repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans des bijoux.
