Et les t\u00e9moignages pleuvent de partout depuis la disparition du lead vocal du Raam Daan inhum\u00e9 au cimeti\u00e8re musulman de Yoff. Me Alioune Badara Fall fait partie des avocats qui ont d\u00e9fendu le chanteur dans l\u2019affaire des faux billets. \u00ab Il s\u2019est toujours battu pour la justice et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement blanchi avant de partir. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9tabli dans tous ses droits que ce soit dans l\u2019affaire des faux billets ou dans l\u2019affaire Penc Mi \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Me Alioune Badara, par ailleurs, neveu du d\u00e9funt.<\/p>\n<p>Les avocats de Thione Seck avaient saisi la Cour supr\u00eame de Dakar pour attaquer la d\u00e9cision de la Cour d\u2019appel , condamnant Thione Seck \u00e0 une peine de 3 mois dont 8 mois et une amende de 5 millions de francs CFA pour tentative de mise en circulation de signes mon\u00e9taires. Ils avaient d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un pourvoi en cassation dans les d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9vus par la loi parce que sur la forme, le proc\u00e8s-verbal d\u2019enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9 par le juge de premi\u00e8re instance. Et, \u00e0 part le proc\u00e8s-verbal de l\u2019enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire, il n\u2019y avait pas un autre document sur lequel le juge pouvait s\u2019appuyer pour demander la condamnation de Thione Seck. La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue il y a 10 jours, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le 4 mars dernier. \u00ab La Cour supr\u00eame en son audience du 4 mars dernier, a cass\u00e9 et annul\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat de la cour d\u2019appel. Autrement dit, Thione Seck a \u00e9t\u00e9 blanchi \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Me Alioune Badara Fall.<\/p>\n<p><b>Thione Seck pr\u00e9parait une conf\u00e9rence de presse<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Qui informe \u00e9galement que l\u2019auteur de \u00ab Mathiou \u00bb a \u00e9galement eu gain de cause dans l\u2019affaire Penc-Mi. \u00ab Pour ce dossier, l\u2019ordonnance qui l\u2019avait expuls\u00e9e de la bo\u00eete de nuit a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9tract\u00e9e par la chambre de proc\u00e9dure d\u2019urgence de la cour d\u2019appel de Dakar. Il devait initier une proc\u00e9dure en r\u00e9int\u00e9gration sous astreinte \u00bb, a fait savoir l\u2019avocat. Selon Me Alioune Badara Fall, Thione Seck devait tenir dans les prochains jours une conf\u00e9rence de presse pour informer l\u2019opinion nationale et internationale des batailles judiciaires qu\u2019il avait remport\u00e9es. \u00ab On a parl\u00e9 au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, il y a moins d\u2019une semaine. Je devais lui remettre un document mais on devait \u00e9galement d\u00e9gager une strat\u00e9gie de communication. Il devait se prononcer sur les deux dossiers surtout sur l\u2019arr\u00eat de la cour supr\u00eame. Il devait organiser une conf\u00e9rence de presse. H\u00e9las, il est parti dix jours apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision de la Cour supr\u00eame.
