D\u00e8s la lecture des incriminations par le magistrat instructeur, le leader de Pastef a lanc\u00e9 les hostilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abJe ne fais pas confiance \u00e0 la justice et je ne vous fais pas confiance. La justice prot\u00e8ge des gens \u00e9pingl\u00e9s par les rapports des corps de contr\u00f4le. Des gens qui ont d\u00e9tourn\u00e9\u00bb, a-t-il dit au juge qui est rest\u00e9 \u00abzen\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sonko, rapporte Lib\u00e9ration dans sa parution du jour, de poursuivre ses diatribes dans une ambiance lourde. \u00abJe suis victime d\u2019un odieux complot\u00bb, a-t-il martel\u00e9, citant des noms.<\/p>\n<p>Aussit\u00f4t apr\u00e8s la complainte du leader de Pastef, le juge lui indique qu\u2019il est plac\u00e9 sous contr\u00f4le judiciaire assortie de trois conditions : interdiction de sortie du territoire sans autorisation, obligation de se rendre dans le bureau du juge chaque mois et interdiction de s\u2019exprimer publiquement sur l\u2019affaire Sweet Beaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sur ce dernier point, Ousmane Sonko reste cat\u00e9gorique : \u00abC\u2019est un dossier politique et si on m\u2019accuse publiquement ou qu\u2019on \u00e9voque certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments, je serai oblig\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre\u00bb.
